Before writing this review I wanted to take a step back. If you run at night or at dusk, get this product. Period. End of the story. I do 100% of my weekday runs in the dark. Late autumn, winter and early spring. I don't want to wear a headlamp. I don't want to wear a headlight clip. Or a variety of other visibility products. And I don't think reflective clothing will be enough to warn motorists that someone is walking off their road. This product does everything it's supposed to. And it has a wide range of settings to give you what you think works best for your visibility needs. And unless you're walking through pitch black darkness, you won't even notice you're wearing it. It's so convenient. I only realize I'm wearing it when it suddenly glows around me as I walk through areas with no ambient light. I also found the battery life to be better than I expected. Of course, your mileage will vary depending on the battery brand. A USB rechargeable battery would be nice and I suspect it will be included in the next generation of products. The only thing this product does NOT do is project some type of light in front of you that you could use to illuminate your path. You'll still need a flashlight or headlamp for this if you're running on trails or in areas where you need/want a lighted path. With NoxGear I feel much safer when I'm on the road at night. Cannot recommend this product enough.
