Review on Grey Hazel Beoplay H8 Wireless On-Ear Headphone with Active Noise Cancelling from Bang & Olufsen by James Daniels

Revainrating 1 out of 5

What a disappointment: Returned within a week

Pros: + great sound quality, just what you would expect from a B&O+, excellent build quality; firm to the touch but not too heavy but heavy enough to know they won't fall apart + active noise cancellation does an incredible job. m S-Bahn passenger; with the slightest bump or roll, and a distinct "rumble” can be heard in the ear cushion. It sounds like something is dangling inside (no, but I think it's a major design flaw) - as above, when I walk (and I'm not that heavy and always in soft-soled sneakers) the same rumble happens . Obviously there is a problem with the seal between the leather pad and the ear (terrible). Came back, ordered the H7 headphone model arriving today. This weekend I will write an honest review about it. For $499 you should get a flawless product. In this case, they are not.

Pros
  • Pleasant to use
Cons
  • Mediocre

Wow! These surprised me big time. Amazing build, function, sound and quality. Worth the cost.
