The description says a tablet can fit up to 13 inches. Well I'm only 10" and it's hard to fit and I had to push a little to get it into the mount. Since I trusted the description, I found it ok. After a few minutes I notice cracks on the tablet screen. The bracket applied too much pressure and cracked my screen. Not only do I have holes in my wall, I wasted too much time and money on something that is unreasonably expensive and doesn't do what it says on the tin, I also lost my tablet. Losing/losing with it. Amazon customer service referred me to Vogel customer service. And they're telling me to call my insurance company!” They think you get what you pay for, but that's not the case here.
