I am happier with this computer than any other computer I've bought in the last 20 years...including Macs and PCs! I usually have customer regrets when I buy something that costs more than $200. 11 months ago I bought a computer in a big stationery store, I got a great discount because it was on sale and I was able to get 20% off gift cards. The problem was that the specifications the store listed indicated that the amount of RAM could be upgraded from 8g to 16g. A few months after I bought the computer I decided to upgrade the RAM and was shocked , when I realized that it was not possible update. . At this point I went to the stationery store website and checked the specs of the computer I had and sure enough it still showed that the RAM could be upgraded to 16g. I contacted an office supply store and also a computer manufacturer and both told me I was SOL! I was so upset by this that I stopped shopping at this store and will never buy a manufacturer's computer again. Luckily I was able to sell this laptop and get back most of what I paid for it. Then I went to the Amazon warehouse and started looking for a laptop. That's when I found this and the prices were VERY VERY LOW. Almost half of what was new had a small scratch on the top or side and no stickers or original packaging. When this item arrived I was so excited to see there was NO DAMAGE, it looked brand new. Everything works great and the biggest surprise was that it had 16g RAM instead of 8g RAM as stated in the specs! Literally the opposite of what happened to me originally. This laptop is amazing. My old laptop was touch sensitive and the only time I've ever used a touchscreen was when I accidentally touched it. I bought a device that didn't have the screen resolution I wanted, it had a slower processor, less RAM, and a terrible webcam for a computer with an amazing screen, an incredible webcam (which can recognize a face), a dual processor. Speed and more RAM than I expected. Additionally, it has an amazing little touchscreen display that gives me options I didn't even know I had. Do yourself a favor and buy this computer unless you need speakers because they suck, but I still plug speakers into my desk. 5 Stars! Love it! Highly recommended!
