I ordered two shades of gray. After putting them on the first night I went back and ordered four more. And then I rummaged through my drawers and donated all my old pajama bottoms (with horrible elastic!) to charity. These are the best pajama bottoms I've found in years. The biggest feature of these pants for me is the drawstring - and NO ELASTICITY! I don't like elastic cuffs at all, they cut in and leave red marks on the skin. With their help, I can adjust the tip to my liking. For me with my super sensitive skin it is like a miracle. The fabric is thin, best for pyjamas, but not *too* thin. The fabric feels durable and I believe the pants will last a while. I'm 5ft 7in, 230lbs, apple built, solid 3X size. The 3X trousers fit perfectly - there is even a little extra. Space in the waist makes them feel more relaxed, and there's an option to gain or lose a few pounds with the adjustable drawstring. I'm not surprised at this price. I think with careful handling they will last. The first thing I did with these laces was tie a large knot at each end so the lace doesn't get lost in the waistband. My theory is that belt wear can cause unfinished hole problems, so I try to 'use' the laces as little as possible. However, I know some people don't like shoelaces because of the added awkwardness of putting them on and taking them off. l them down and over again without loosening the tip. That works great so far. They loosen a bit with wear so I have to adjust the straps. But I feel good - without chewing gum! - worth any hassle with the drawstring. LONG STORY BRIEF BENEFITS: Soft, lightweight fabric, plenty of room, adjustable drawstring, no stretch (great for sensitive skin!), handle with care, slightly short for those of us with long legs (but pajamas, who cares?).
