Overall I'd say this is a pretty decent braided nylon rope. It consists of 13 internal solid core nylon cords. Each end has stainless steel loops and the rope has heat shrink tubing over the rope to protect it from wear and tear. The first thing that struck me from the box (out of the bag, to be precise) was that it had very strong carabiners (5,600 lbs WLL according to the documentation). In fact, they are slightly stronger than rope. Maximum pull is 3300 lbs, but recommended weight limit is 660 lbs. I'm not a rope expert, but I found this ratio to be typical in terms of breaking strength versus maximum recommended load. I wouldn't be afraid to use this for things like basic rock climbing, woodwork, chores, tie down loads, etc., but I wouldn't use it to pull a car out of a ditch or snowdrift. A practical carry bag is included. , which I suspect I'll lose pretty quickly. This is a good price for a general purpose rope and for the price (and description of its features) it deserves five stars.
