I love this little dress! I'm 5ft 2in and the little one was just above the knee. Ideal. I had to attend the funeral. I was in dire need of a dress. Black wasn't prime so I chose dark green. The color was perfect and I received it on the 3rd day. It was 95 degrees with very high humidity (felt like 107 degrees). I was worried because it looks like viscose. This dress was so comfortable despite the terrible temperature. The style is so cute and the sheer part of the dress with a little chenille pattern is charming and adds grace. I also like the little pockets on the front. I always carry lip balm with me and the pouches are perfect for my lip balm. I also chose this dress for the empire style. For most of the month I took large doses of prednisolone to get rid of a severe asthma attack. I had "prednisolone" guts. I usually have a pretty flat stomach, but after a month of taking this nasty drug, I had to hide my stomach. This dress did it and the style is very flattering. This dress can be worn at any age. I am 62 years old and have received many compliments on it. My step daughter wore a very similar dress in style and cut, she is 43 years old. I had a lady ask me where I got it and if it was a different color she would be happy to order it. She looked like she was in her mid 20s. I can't say enough good things about this dress. I love it! At the end of a very long, stressful and bloody hot day, this dress was comfortable and beautiful! I hand washed it in woolite and the dress looks like it came out of the box. Ps: When I unbuttoned the dress for the first time, it had small wrinkles. Use the steamer on the transparent part and it works great. This dress is a winner in every way. Take it!
