The ease of use, the customer service is very responsive and helpful, and the functionality is just so much better than other shipping software we've used in the past. I love the integration with our account management system. There are not many issues to report. Some functions do need some work, such as being able to import carriers into the software from an excel sheet, but it does get better all the time. It's worth the investment! Shipping invoices; tracking shipments; managing multiple customers; having access to historical data. The main benefit I found is the ability to automate the shipping process. This allows me to have a single source of truth for my shipping needs. It also allows me to keep track of my inventory. I do not have any dislikes. The platform is very easy to navigate and understand. I would recommend this product to anyone needing an automated shipping solution. I have been able to streamline my shipping process and automate shipping in general.
