In short, people who expect that things will not need to be ironed are mistaken. Just some things can be ironed less frequently. I've been using it for over two years now. An iron, of course, cannot replace a wardrobe - if you take a shirt out of the washer and put it in a wardrobe, it is simply less wrinkled than before the wardrobe, no more. I use it mainly for jackets and shirts - smoothing wrinkles that appeared during the day of wearing. If without a wardrobe - the shirt needs to be ironed every time (and in a good way also washed before ironing) with a wardrobe - you can wear it 4-5 times before washing and re-ironing. Smoothes woolen sweaters perfectly - from completely rumpled it makes perfectly smooth.
