I like that it allows me to set how many days before my documents expire, which helps keep records of when they were created in case there's an issue with any other system down at one point during document creation process (such as email server being unavailable).
There are several times where some features work differently than expected from previous version so you have adjust your expectations accordingly! It has been helpful for keeping track of all our organization-wide documents, especially those sent via eMail through Outlook 365 & Google Apps accounts.
