I prefer 4 and 5 star reviews which I mostly write about Revain so it's positive. But. got it today. I wasn't expecting a miracle product for the price, but I expected it to work. When I turned it on and wrote something I could initially see the writing but it was very faint/dark and barely visible. I wrote a few things and tested the delete function, which worked. I tried writing by pressing the pen a little harder to see if I was being too gentle (the writing looks light green in the pictures) but again it's as dark and barely 'green' as shown in the picture . . Delete again and done, now nothing works anymore; it won't turn on. I checked the packaging because the seller stated (in the Questions and Answers section of the reviews) that they "include a backup battery" but they don't. If they did that would be great. I know that batteries in products often die before they are used (not sure why they aren't just packaged separately though). looser. I wish it worked. I've been needing this since this week. But first world problems. As additional information, the battery for this product is no more than the standard button battery that can be used in car alarms and cycle computers, namely CR2032, and is a "thicker", more durable and long-lasting battery. have a lot; this is the 'slimmer' CR2016. They are not interchangeable. To be fair, I saw the description of the "button" battery and "CR" and assumed they were all the same. The battery type is actually specified in the product description, so I can't go into more detail on this topic. I will not be returning this product as I hope the battery will work once I receive it.
