I was thinking about buying toner and chips to refill my own cartridges but suddenly we ran out of black toner for our Dell E525W printer and needed fast some. I ordered two packs of black toner and couldn't believe what I saw when I opened it. The yellow bags were torn open and black toner was scattered inside. The cartridges were dirty too, and it looks like someone put some tape on them to stop the toner from seeping out the side and just left it there after refilling the cartridge. I really thought they sent me used cartridges by mistake, but I put them in my printer and he (Chip) says they're both full. I can't wait to order a replacement so I guess we'll have to keep them, but at least I can share my experience.
