I am writing a comment about the headphones and about the marketplace I take and amazon. The headphones came defective and the left earpiece periodically stops charging for a week (then it starts charging and working again). As it turned out, it is almost impossible to apply for a guarantee. In a Xiaomi specialized store, I was refused service, citing the fact that they do not have such an item and such a product, and therefore their service center cannot technically accept such a product. And for a return with the help of amazon/amazon|aliexpress, it turned out that you need to find an application form, print it out, sign, scan it, send the goods by mail, attach a payment receipt and other circles of hell, including possible emergency situations, to the package. Well, it's a pity that this service works like everything else in 2022 - the main thing is to give, hand over, sell, and what will happen next, how to serve and how it will work, no one cares.
