The ease of use, ability to create your own models with custom variables is great! If you are looking at creating an automated workflow this could be difficult due to their licensing structure (if it's not included in the one time purchase). I have been able to successfully model my data sets without any issues or errors that would prevent me from being successful. With all software there will always be some things left out which can cause problems but so far no major ones. A more open API might help address this issue as well. Automated workflow creation where multiple people work together across different geosciences and disciplines.
