Came with a mysterious red stain on BOTH sides of the pillow. You would think that a product with only 2 parts would have higher quality control but I don't think so. Update: I ordered another pillow that didn't get bloody even though it weighs a full pound less than the first one. Yes, it is the same pillow model. Not only does this tell me that they have no quality control for their products, but also that they have no manufacturing tolerances or inspections. I will say the pillow is comfortable and fits me, but this company really needs to rethink their manufacturing processes.
