Really wish these would work. I've been using third party ink for years and the brand I bought is no longer available. I bought that, the black one never worked so got a replacement. Same problem. I've tried everything suggested to get it working. Once I got him to accept the ink, but it was stained. Never could get it to take ink again (said it was damaged). Just to make sure it wasn't my car I bought a black HP and everything was fine. No problem with "damaged"
