I do water fitness daily. I don't like suits that float up or tops that fall down or allow your breasts to fall out. This suit is perfect. The material is very nice & holds up to daily use in chlorine without disentigrating. My one complaint is the cups in the bra are not sewn in. They move around and fold up. I'm constantly straightening the cups. They're not great support but are workable. I ordered a size larger but I think you could just order your normal size.I'm 5'6" and normally wear a 1 - 2x and the "girls" are DD.
