Neck pain worse - not recommended.

I purchased this pillow based on reviews and found that the company is offering a free pillowcase in exchange for a review. the pain is much stronger. I've been using it for about a week just to see if it gets any better. I move a lot in my sleep and find the different heights really annoying. The bottom side was too low and the high side was too high for me. My height is 5 feet 3 inches. Also, my head was constantly at an odd angle between the alcove and the side bunk. I am returning this pillow and would not recommend it.
