Schematic of this part does not match the actual part. The diagram shows two terminals for the fuel gauge, I and S. The part has three, I, S and A. The diagram shows terminal I connected to the temperature gauge with a jumper. The actual part has connection A with a temperature sensor. The diagram shows that the 12V input needs to be connected with a jumper connection. When I connected 12V to the jumper connection, the part started to smoke. In my rush to turn this thing off, I dropped it and broke the whole thing. Thanks Omix Ada, you just cost me $120. I will look for a replacement from another manufacturer who can print out the exact schematic.
