Fits like a glove. It's good because you don't need socks and it's really comfortable to wear, it's bad because you can't wear regular cotton socks (use nylon or silk if needed) and they dig into my foot. I don't know if hacking them will help. I am overweight/very obese. I know from my weight history that my physical condition is responsible for it being too tight at the top. (I had no idea we carry part of our weight distribution on our feet.) While I know my condition is responsible for it not fitting from the moment I put it on, that doesn't mean that he does not fit . don't do the same for people at the end of the day. Legs swell after walking. If they cut off the tongue of the shoe just an inch or even half an inch it wouldn't be a problem. These shoes will look SO cute with jeans or capris. I have them in purple and grey. It's actually more lavender than gray yet so versatile for any color outfit. It's the perfect color because I look smaller at 5ft 3inches in dark colored shoes. I was concerned that the light color would dictate my outfits, but it only adds to that. I really wish I could save her :(.
