Tonight they got rid of my headache and relieved my arthritis very well. I could train and enjoy it. I remember thinking they worked better than my regular goody powder. They come with a shaker cup and a mixing ball. Dissolves powder very well. It's nice to drink from. The drink made is good. Sweet and sour, like lemonade. It's a bit like a cherry. It has curcumin and turmeric in it, but I can't taste them. I would use them often if my budget allows. They work but are expensive at a current price of around $2 a pack. My husband cannot tolerate this product. This gives him heartburn. Some people do not tolerate tart cherries well.
