UPDATE: Having given up hope of ever getting any help from Sound Oasis regarding my lover and the Brocken sound machine, I unexpectedly received a voice message from a man named Stxxxxn calling me back. a few days earlier. After a very pleasant chat, Stxxxxn informed me that he would send me a new sound machine to replace the broken one! I cannot thank Sound Oasis and Stxxxxn in particular for their generosity and kindness in solving my problem! Thanks Stxxxxn!- - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - I love this machine very much! However, it stopped working after 60 days. Twice I left a message to Sound Oasis asking for help but never got a reply! If you decide to buy this device, do not expect any help from Sound Oasis, should the device itself stop working!
