Love it! I'm 5'4" tall and this chair really fits me (*height from back to seat is adjustable) allowing me to sit at my desk (lean forward while working on the computer and just recline to support the lumbar spine without having to recline like I should have with my previous chair because the seat was too deep for my legs! The height is also adjustable (both the height of the seat and the back of the chair as also the headrest and armrests.) So if you have a longer torso (e.g. mine!) and shorter legs (same) you can fully customize this chair to your body type up to a "T"!Use the memory foam -Pillow on my seat as a pillow so how is it gonna hurt after a while!I'm not a big fan of chrome accents but didn't bother to deduct a star as it's just a matter of style not that Function.And I h abe also mentioned armrests adjustable inwards and outwards except up and down? as the other person mentioned, but I'll update when I do. Not sure why mine stays where it's set, but maybe a call to MNFR will fix it for them, idk. But I am in love with mine and wish I had known about this chair years ago.
