Great product especially for the price. It's easy to use. The only problem is that it's a bit heavy for what it is. So if you can only handle a little pressure, you may have trouble holding it for long. Still, I wish they had a soft head so we could carry the weight of the product on our bodies without feeling like it's too much. Another problem I had was that the charger was broken (probably because of the adapter). My charger would cycle on and off and I had to rotate the charger to get it working only to come back when it wouldn't charge and I had to switch again. I tried to find an email to contact the seller to get a new charger but I couldn't find it so here I am. It's either the charger or the gun that's broken, but I'm pretty sure the adapter is the problem (easy to fix).
