This is a great tripod for my trunk. About him specifically for his ability to crank up and down. By far not the best professional tripod. But the thing is to hold the camera or the phone. Everything is OK. Pros: 50 inches. Zoom in panhandle and two detachable camera mounts. Ideal for quick camera changes and no screwing to the housing and carrying handle. My favorite feature is the ability to tightly rotate each setting so there is no slippage. Cons: The movements are not very smooth. To be expected in this price range. Although you won't be making smooth pans with it, you can make pans. The up and down movement is jerky at best, but it works. But for portable devices, and so in a hurry, don't worry if it gets wet, I use it in the Gulf of Mexico, it's actually a good device.
