I like that we can use it to connect directly with our project management tool, Jira so that all of our tasks are linked together.

The only thing about this app is that it doesn't have many customizations available or options for customization which would be very helpful when connecting from outside your organization. If you're looking for an easy way to link up your salesforce data with Jira then ZAgile Connect may be what you need! It works well because it provides us with direct access to the task list in Jira allowing us to track issues as they come through our pipeline.
