You have no idea how much you're going to need when you have thick hair and a lot of it. You will wear them for hours. If you've ever tried "Magnet" (actually Velco) rollers, expect them to have a similar effect. So if the magnetic rollers pull your hair out, that will happen too. But if magnetic rollers are right for you, they might work for you. Thin hair - not good.
