Wife is 5'5", 150lbs, size 8, 36DD, 29" waist, 40" hips. Ordered in size M according to the chart and the fit was perfect.This material is soft, stretchy, and feels great. The underwire cups are a good addition as they provide shape, especially for women with larger chests.There are no crotch snaps, but I'd say they are not needed.Very fun piece to have in the lingerie drawer!
