Not 100% Cotton. Incorrectly stated on the website. Shame I didn't read the reviews first as that seems to be a common complaint... Pretty thin too - but it wouldn't matter if it was really 100% cotton. Works great, just FYI. I'm almost always tall (5ft 11in, 180lbs) but the medium fits perfectly here.
