The ability to see trends and patterns across all your customer relationships helps us make decisions for future marketing campaigns. We also like how easy it is to create custom dashboards with our KPIs, which allows us to easily answer questions about what's working or not within specific departments. I dislike that you cannot customize reports more than once without having them expire (which usually happens after 30 days). It would have been nice if there was an option to export monthly reporting as well instead just yearly aggregate numbers. You get some insight as far as where problems are currently occurring so you know who needs focus but also gives you options of creating targeted emails when needed. If nothing else has worked before then maybe this will help! Trying to find better ways to communicate with customers via email blasts when we don't receive enough clicks through social media posts/ads etc..
