Lots of fun with this ring light. My daughter and I fiddled with the settings and took lots of photos. There are three presets: bright light, medium light, and low light. The brightest setting was too much. I felt like I was being questioned by the police and the photos weren't very flattering. Medium settings shots were more flattering. The light was like the light in your house. The last adjustment is made for the best shots. It was like Goldie Locks and the Three Bears, okay better better. I highly recommend the last shot, the shots turned out to be like an evening in a dimly lit bar. The lamp was packaged in a plain brown box with no pictures or markings. Judging by the box, it came from China, and the selfie light itself wasn't top quality. You get what you pay for, I would recommend it to those who will not be using it professionally.
