This pillow is a waste of money. The height is too low and it's not firm enough for back sleepers, leaving you with a stiff neck and sore shoulders. The pillow loses its shape after only a few nights. The only pro is that it comes with a washable cover, but that doesn't make up for its lack of support. Save your money and buy a higher quality pillow from a reputable brand in "Bedding" category for "Home and Kitchen".
