Updated Rating: The seller contacted me after my initial rating and was very helpful. For the product itself I would say 4 stars but the customer service is definitely pushing it towards 5. They replaced the one that didn't hold the temperature with a new one of identical design. It works great and is the perfect size to keep next to the bed or to run errands. If I add some ice (maybe 1/3-1/2 full) then I top it up with water, the water stays cold all night although the ice melts in the morning. Likewise, my water stayed nice and cold in the car on a hot day. I would definitely buy again as a gift without hesitation. Original Rating: Unlike the larger bottles, this one doesn't hold the temperature very long. I have 2 more bottles of MIRA, 25 oz and 34 oz. Both hold ice water and you can still hear the ice rumble after a few hours (overnight or longer). Not so with this one. It's beautiful and I love the way it looks, but it doesn't keep drinks cold much longer than it would in a glass. I suspect there could be a hole that only affects the outer layer to keep liquids from leaking out, but whatever it is, it just doesn't work. Too bad because it would be very good. Unfortunately I threw away the packaging as the big bottles worked so well so I'm not sure I can return them or else I would.
