One of the four seats, however, was scratched up in the process. Since there is no exchange system in place, I had to travel to the source of the problem in order to make a return. Although I had a voucher good for a fifteen percent discount when I placed my order, it appears that I will have to place my order at the standard price. This caused me to expend both my nerves and my time. The chairs are, in general, of high quality; nevertheless, due to the subpar packaging and quality control, I can only offer them three stars. I have attached a picture of the chair showing it without the jambs.
