The customer support team are absolutely amazing! They really go out of their way to help with any issues we have as well being extremely knowledgeable about all aspects our business needs/requirements in order for us run smoothly day-today operations wise - this includes everything from call routing through IVR's etc..
I also love how flexible they can make things if required (such has adding extra extensions). There isn't anything at present which i dislike however would like them add an auto attendant feature so when calls come though it automatically goes straight onto voicemail rather then having staff pick up each time there could potentially save some admin costs too.
