Tilting Shelves - Home Accessories

One shelf is fine, another is fine and the last one folds down completely. This worries me a lot and I am constantly afraid that my decor will slip off. I took it off the wall, made sure everything was lined up a few times, and realized it was definitely a design flaw that couldn't be fixed no matter what I did. a bit sad
