Imbalance: Somewhere in the middle of assembling I noticed that it started to wobble. This was because the center panels were pulled on the sides in such a way that one leg lost balance. The included foot grips allowed for height adjustment to correct this, but this is a sloppy decision and feels like they're falling off. Bad design. -2 stars, 1 for imbalance and 1 for rotten pavement solution. Scratch Easily: The insides of the side plates get badly scratched during a very simple assembly process as the stupidly sharp center plates hit and scratch them. It's like trying to line up the holes correctly. -1 star. Instructions unclear: It wasn't clear which side is "up" until the last panel when it asked you to screw on the foot handles. The first picture of the side plates didn't make it clear that the legs with holes should be down. -2 stars for easy assembly which takes longer than it should. Feels sturdy and will hold my shoes and I like the flexibility to build in different ways to get curved or straight center panels. I also like that you can add another at the top to expand storage. +1 star for good work -5 stars + 1 star = 1/5. Fix problems with your product.
