No Adjustable Hem

Most horsehair braids have an end with an adjustable thread at the top that needs to be pulled if the dress has a pleated skirt. This allows the dress to flow beautifully without stretching or pulling the dress. In this case not. It CANNOT be used on a round dress/skirt without stretch. Otherwise it is sturdy and of good quality. I plan to use it next time I receive a dress that ends up not being flared.
