This dress is of excellent quality, has lots of tulle and is fluffy enough not to require a petticoat. I really wanted this dress to be perfect and a dress for my daughter. Unfortunately I have a very skinny 10 year old daughter and while this dress would have been perfect, it did not fit her chest. She's one of those super skinny kids with prominent ribs and collarbones so that didn't work for us and downsizing would have made her too small. My daughter is 10 years old, about 4ft 8 inches tall and weighs 65 pounds.
