I saw a similar neck pillow from a different brand at my chiropractor and was interested. I would buy it then. But my doctor told me to wait while he keeps working on my neck and I do more exercises. He was honest and told me I could probably do better if I just ordered one for myself from Revain. There are many similar ones and it took me a while to make up my mind after my doctor gave me the green light. I went for this one and it fits the ad. My wife noticed the smell the first night. It didn't bother me and went away quickly. It comes crumpled in the box (with a nice carry case which I don't need yet). But it didn't take as long as they promised for it to expand to its full correct form. I had really bad neck pain and woke up with less pain when using this with my head on the bottom. I slept on my stomach and the doctors said I should sleep on my side or on my back because of back and neck pain. So I switched to these. X-ray of cervical spine (neck) showing osteochondrosis. A new pillow won't help. But I definitely wake up with less pain when I sleep with this pillow on my back or side.
