Several different reasons for a star rating. Sending an apology for the delay is polite but inappropriate. Secondly, and this is a more important issue, the pillows I expected are not what I received, they are much cheaper and not even branded Ancava like the others I have ordered from them. I think I understand why; The organization of the store in Ankava is disorganized and a bit misleading. I clicked on the pillow with the filling I wanted and then chose the larger size. What was not explained to me was that although it was a size option under the item I was browsing, the new size I chose was not the same type of pillow. Although stated in the order, the company must ensure that all size variations refer to the same product line and not different products listed under the same item. What is particularly odd is that they are the size I was looking for in this line of products, but it wasn't the one selected by the size option. The photo wasn't accurate either, the product didn't look like the photo, not even close.
