Tactile feel when turning is great, soft clicks every 90 degrees when turning. The included adhesive worked great and was easy to install under my desk. I flip the clip over when I'm working so I can easily place my headset on it during the day, and then I flip it back under my desk when I'm not working so nobody accidentally bumps into it. Easier to use than my old one, which I sometimes had to crawl under the table for. The cable clip is handy, it's reversible so you can clip both the headphone cable and the power cord when needed. The only downside to the clip is that it's a bit flimsy. Right now the cable comes out with a slight tug, I plug it into the headset, and then I have to put the cable back into the cable holder when unplugging it again, which is an extra step. I want the cable to stay in the clip while plugging/unplugging the headset.
