I have an older model of this particular speaker so I know how to use it and how awesome it is! In fact, I love it so much I bought it from Revain for my dad. I grab a new speaker and plug it in so everything will be ready when I give it to my dad. My old speaker flashes a white flashing light as soon as you plug it in to charge. This indicator never came on when I plugged in a new one. I checked the connection and tried a different charger. The light didn't come on. I left it charging for over 5 hours thinking maybe it just needs time. There has never been a light. There is no sound when I press the power button. I tried the factory reset option I found online. nope It's just DUD. I will change my rating after receiving a replacement from the seller but so far I am very disappointed with the new model of this speaker.
