The perfect chair for the money. I didn't notice any problems that were in other reviews. All equipment and tools have been sent. The lock looks pretty secure. While new, I will update as necessary. It was all pretty standard. Great instructions with pictures. UPDATE March 4th: I use this chair daily for desk work and now prefer it for PS5 gaming. Still 5 stars but wish it could change the need for a cork on the massage pillow. It sucks to have a long wire and let's face it, it needs to be long if you decide to use this method. But I've found that plugging into my small power bank that I use for my phone works fine and is "essentially" untied. Coming back to my original review. Everything is worth it. I'm sure accidents happen and people love bitches. Usually reviewers give 5 and 1. I'm not deducting stars because I didn't submit by mistake. I will if they don't fix it. But I didn't have any of these problems and that was with a good 8 hours of use per day. I'd say it's pretty solid for a sub $200 table chair. You can definitely get MUCH less for MUCH more in this category. Buy this chair!
