I sleep on my stomach. I used to hold my neck up with the wrong pillow all the time. Eventually, I realized I needed a thinner pillow, but I wanted one that could be customized. I found this pillow and haven't had a neck problem for months. I have a lot (exactly a lot) toppings. It takes a few days for the memory foam pieces to separate from the vacuum seal, so I'd say by day three I finally found the right balance for me. My husband complained of shoulder pain. He sleeps on his side. I ordered a pillow for him and he almost added an extra bag of stuffing to his pillow. After 2 days it expanded a bit so he removed the filling. But after 3-4 days he had it where he wanted. When you receive it, give it a few nights to make adjustments. I have recommended this pillow to friends and family and if anything happens to mine I will buy another one.
