It's very easy to use, it works with any version from Windows XP up through 10 (which I haven't tested).
The product has been around since 1999 so there are plenty resources available online if you need help or have questions about how best to configure your system/data storage needs. Nothing that stands out as being particularly bad at this time but maybe in other versions some features may not be fully supported? We're using krypto primarily because we wanted an all-inclusive solution where our users could encrypt their drives without having multiple applications installed across different operating systems which would cause problems when they upgraded machines etc.
