Customer Service is top notch, Technology friendly AND easy User Friendly

The ability for my team members (who are not tech savvy)to be able to post their own comments as well! This has been great because we have had several employees who do NOT like using technology so this gives them an opportunity without having me in front of it every time they need something done or want help with anything!! I would love if there was more control over how many times you could use your referral code before needing another one but that's just nit picking :) Great tool when used correctly - saves us tons of money by avoiding lost sales due to lack of visibility into our customers' needs/wants etc-it also helps keep track of all those little things which can add up quickly.

We've realized increased conversions from people coming back after seeing positive posts about working here vs other places where noone ever shows interest once hired and then leave very soon afterwards. ! Also getting better retention rates than any place else out side of.

Pros
  • Easy posting process & customer service response.
  • Lots off potential customization options available at present date including new features being introduced weekly such is "the" photo uploads feature, email notification capability among others..I think some really cool stuff will happen next year too..maybe even sooner? Not sure yet exactly what these might include though..but its looking good already!!!:)
