Review on NINE by Ethan Delaney

I like that they are very professional at what it takes to build an app for your business needs & then make sure you get all of those features into their platform! The process can be slow but once its done there's nothing more we could ask from them other than maybe having some additional people work with us so things move along quicker (they're working hard). We've been using Nine as our digital marketing partner over past few years now - everything has gone smoothly until this year when suddenly no one was responding or returning calls/emails anymore regarding any issues related around building apps etc.. It became tough moving forward without support team available 24x7-ish days 7am till 11pm PST timespan which made me wonder if something went wrong internally within 9 itself? Was not happy about how quickly my messages were being ignored by anyone inside customer service department after reaching out multiple time via phone / emails.
