these bags are a great price. You get a compact zippered bag with 30 outer pockets and 30 inner pockets folded separately. To install them, pull out one at a time, unfold the outer pocket and mount it on the portable toilet, then put the inner zip pocket (and the heavy duty one) inside. They worked great and we never had any leaks. However, one downside, and the reason I give the product 4 stars, is that the inner bag has a smaller diameter than the opening in our portable toilet seat. As a result, one had to be careful with the scope, hoisting it up and adjusting it from time to time after putting a weight or two in it (which can be a bit rough). Following another reviewer's advice, we put "Smelleze" in the inner pouch and it really helped get rid of odors and gelling waste. We liked the price and the function (does not leak) and I recommend.
