How can this not work? The only reason I'm writing this review is to share my advice with you. I place the bowl on the bottom rack and the lid on the top rack of my toaster oven, then turn on the 350 degree convection oven. About five minutes after the oven has reached the set temperature, I take out the bowl, put the tortillas in, cover with a lid and let the bowl heat the tortillas. This keeps them fully moist and you save energy because you heat the bowl from the inside and outside at the same time. It will take much longer if you close the lid and only heat the outside.
